So up for this game. Moyes & the boys want this badly. Expecting a great atmosphere, hoping for a high score. COYI

The 2nd leg being at home makes a difference as its all or nothing. You know what you have to do and the supporters and players just go balls out.

Home leg at home first leaves an element of doubt and so is more nervy.

But I am sure all the fans will make it memorable and roar them onto a good win. Hopefully we can match 1976.

Hoping for an improvement from the Lyon atmosphere.

Not letting STHs get 6 extra tickets should help.

Re: Are we going to be the twelth man tonight
being the first leg 100% changes the dynamic - we knew we had to win the game against Seville.

Tonight, as long as we don't get completely spanked, we know that we have another game to put it right, so it loses some of the intensity and energy.

That being said, this is territory we rarely find ourselves in so we should be making extra effort to get behind the team. Lets hope we start fast , get an early goal and put them on the back foot.

Hopefully DJ Tony Perry will be there to kick proceedings off !

Re: Are we going to be the twelth man tonight
Back to 10 tonight. It’s a semi final.

Plus as Liverpool proved, advantage of first leg at home is you can basically finish the tie and get the cigars out for the second leg.

Let’s smash them 3-0 please. Or win the tie at least. Second leg will be tougher than Lyon if we need to win it.

Re: Are we going to be the twelth man tonight
I think the first leg at home changes the dynamic to an extent, which is why Seville was a 10, like you say. But yes, let's 'ave it!
